is a non-profit and development executive with specific experience in leadership and organizational development, social and systems change initiatives, and co-creation with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. SEDC LLC provides strategic counsel and technical assistance to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable impact. My experience spans regional, national, and global markets, and my past projects continue to produce outcomes for private foundations, corporations, and institutions. My corporate social responsibility and philanthropy experience, in partnership with grassroots activists, development professionals, and international organizations, equip my practice with tools to achieve strategic alignment and publish replicable methods and results.

    • Experience with Fortune 100 companies (i.e., Walmart), Federal agencies (i.e., NIH), and the pharmaceutical industry.

    • Manage all phases of partnership scope: market research, value proposition, action planning, setting metrics, evaluation, and results dissemination. 

    • Technical skills include development of requests for proposals, management of grant-making processes, grant-writing, and data synthesis for decision-making and reporting. 

    • Years of experience in federal and international policy analysis, government relations, and management of a health policy team

    • Leadership experience includes federal and regional government and private advisory bodies and non-profit boards of directors. 

    • Experienced consensus-builder and executive planner providing vision and coordination of high-level meetings and reports for governments, health policy networks, funding organizations, and civil society networks. 

    • Negotiated health policy issues on behalf of research partnerships, health investors, non-governmental organizations, and communities affected by chronic and infectious diseases.
